At our initial complementary visit, if you chose to have Luv Your Pet provide care for your home and pets you will need to provide us with a key to your home. At that time we ask that you complete a Service Agreement Contract. All client keys are kept in a locked safe in our home office. For first time customers, we will return your key free of charge. Luv Your Pet will not leave the key inside the house just in case there is a delay in your return. Most of my clients prefer to leave the key with us in case they suddenly need to go out of town. If, Luv Your Pet needs to schedule time to come pick up and return keys there will be an additional $20 charge after the first time.

You may pay by check or cash. Payment is expected on or before the first scheduled visit to take care of your pets. For new clients Luv Your Pet requires 50% deposit to insure that they are happy with the service we provide. Full payment is due 5 days after your return. Any returned check will be charged an additional $30 for NSF.

In addition, as a thank you to our clients for using our services we offer a Rewards Program—for every referral who schedules services with us, you get one free pet sitting visit!

Please give us as much notice as you can. Luv Your Pet does not charge for cancellations or rescheduled visits made 24 hours in advance.

It is your responsibility to let us know you have returned home. If we don't hear from you within what would be your normal time for a schedule visit, we will assume you are not home and will come over to check on your pets. Luv Your Pet will charge you for this visit. We will never assume that things are just fine and you are home. The pets' well being comes first.
